Field & Party Rental

Dr. John’s Sports Center offers a variety of rental options depending on the day and the time needed and the type of function being hosted. Whether it be a graduation party, child's birthday party or casual corporate event, we can accommodate both small and large crowds. Our full size gym, large multipurpose area and kitchen provides the perfect place for parties up to 350 people. 
Our gym and outdoor fields host a variety of organizations needing practice space as well as game and tournament events. Our outdoor facilities include a regulation size football field plus a large athletic field with baseball backstops. All facility rentals, both indoor and outdoor, come with use of the indoor restroom facilities.
50% deposit is required for all bookings. Cleaning charges are applied to all day events or parties larger than 50. All parties must conclude by 10:30 pm and no alcohol can be brought on the premises. Although we specialize in private party bookings, we have worked with many types of businesses for many different occasions. Please call for details.
Select Club Team Practices: We have only limited availability for rental for team practices in our gym. Our facility is in use by Texas Eclipse Junior Volleyball Club from November 15 - May 1 with team practices being held Monday - Thursday from 6-9:30 pm and Sunday from 2-6 pm. We at Dr. John's fill open time slots with our specialized programs for school age and middle school students and have a published year long recreation calendar. We occasionally have "holes" in our calendar and are happy to fill those time slots with special team practices. We rent only full gym for club team practices at $60 per hour; our published evening and weekend rate (see 2011 Fee and Rate Schedule below).
