Corporate and Company Events - Seminars, Training Classes or Sales Kick-Off Meetings

Conveniently located near Leander High School, Dr. John's Sports Center is an ideal location for business in the Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Lago Vista, Jonestown or West Round Rock to hold corporate events or company celebrations.  Our full size gym provides ample space (7,000 square feet) for seminar and training space - or - dining and dancing for employee appreciation.

Basic Floor Plan and Room Capacities

  • Multipurpose & Front Reception Area
    Stand-Up Reception: 70-80 people
    Seated (dining or meeting): 70 people

    Stand up Reception: 300-350 people
    Seated for Adult Dining: 250 people
    Seated for Meeting: 300 people

Basic Facility Rental Costs for Corporate or Adult Events held prior to 6:00 pm - $270

  • 3 hour Facility Rental to include full size gym & Multipurpose Area (Flossie's D'Liteful Diner)
  • Use of kitchen with 350 lb Ice Machine, microwaves, refrigerator & freezer
  • Tables and chairs for 100
  • Charges are $90 per hour for each additional hour for events before 6:00 pm

Multipurpose AreaSet up for meeting or seminar

Evening Parties after 6:00 pm - $345

  • 3 hour Facility Rental to include full size gym & Multipurpose Area (Flossie's D'Liteful Diner)
  • Use of kitchen with 350 lb Ice Machine, microwaves, refrigerator & freezer
  • Use of tables and chairs for 100
  • Charges are $115 per hour for each hour additional hour after 6:00 pm
 

Hosting Services - $25 per hour

Let us handle all your set-up and hosting needs the day of your event.  We work with your caterer or carryout service to ensure:

  • Arrangement of your tables & chairs in planned layout. Buffet tables arranged.
  • Buffet & dining tables set with tablecloths and table arrangements (yours or ours).
  • Staff to clear cups & plates, ensure buffet table is stocked and your event is in order for your guest.
  • 4 hour minimum.

Extras

  • Disposable plates, napkins, silverware, tablecloths & cups - $1.50 per person
  • One hour game or dance instruction - $50 per hour.  John Krampitz, PhD (Dr. John) is well versed in his adult training events and ice breaker games.
  • Dance Room Rental - $30 per hour.
  • Let us obtain additional tables and chairs to accomodate your party size.  Rental rates & delivery/set up fee will be applied to your invoice.
